“Manifestation Cafe” events in New York City
For a period of several years, I helped organize a monthly community gathering with a variety of eclectic offerings. The archives below offer a glimpse of the range of subjects covered, and a taste of how a ritual is a way to make the mundane sacred. The gathering was called the Manifestation cafe, and was named as such several years earlier by one of my mentors, Rick Jarow, who founded the Cafe in New York City. We were a diverse group of women and men from all walks of life, who aspired to manifest our highest visions in this world. At these monthly gatherings, we worked with meditation, movement, art, various types of inner work, rituals and celebrations -- to both deepen our own inner and outer processes, as well as support each other to reach our highest potentials.
